Food Tech - Peach Cobbler

Today in Food class, we made peach cobbler. I didn't know what peach cobbler was in the first place. I soon will know it because I just finished following instructions on how to make a Peach Cobbler and what it will look like when it's finished cooking. These are the instructions that we followed,
1. 1-1/2 Cups of Self Rising Flour
2. 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
3. 1/2 Cups of Sugar
4. 1/4 Cup of Oil
5. 1 egg
6. Mix well, scoop into the baking tin and top it up with Peach slice, splash brown sugar & cinnamon.
7. Bake 180 Celsius for 20 minutes on Top.
