Today drew patterns on a small strip of paper. We drew it on both sides so it looked like a mirror or a reflection. I did waves for my pattern, if you turn it around it also looks like Maori patterns. You needed to press hard while drawing so it shows on the other side of the paper. I was here yesterday and did a similar thing to drawing patterns. We didn't draw it, we cut it out and glued it to coloured papers. We made a lot of patterns and compared to the rest of the class. I learnt this last year in graphics.

What it means to be ‘Successful’

What it means to be successful is when When you finish your work and complete during class time.  Achieving level 1, 2 and 3. Achieving your goals. Making right choices and decisions. Their are many people who are successful in their own way. e.g, J.R.R Tolkien. He is successful because he has achieved his goal by writing books like the Hobbit and the Lord of the rings series. I really like the books he wrote, it was so mysterious and had interesting objects, like the ring, the four wizards, the two towers etc. Successful can mean anything like Leadership, Hard working team, Business, Innovation etc.

What it means to be successful is when you finish your work in time and not playing around, you can play games when you finished your work. In able to help your self be successful you can Believe yourself that you can do it, loyalty, being humble, persistence, thinking about great ideas and keep trying if you keep failing.
